    My order arrived about a month ahead of time. Packaging was in its original box in very good condition. Excellent quality product and price for a commercial carpet cleaner. The seller was in constant text communications with me on arrival day and it's carrier. I have not opened or used the product yet, so l must stop here.

    I am so excited for my new grill. I had a smaller one prior and it served almost 11 yrs. After 2 purchases with another pastor and never received my item. I tried this seller was a bit worried/scared but I took the chances. Got my item prior to the date I was told. Received my grill and there was a little shipping error, reached out to seller and WALLER!!! Issue was resolved. I will definitely use this seller again. Love my extended grill can’t wait to use it.

    Wasn’t too happy with the company. I called them to let them know. I did not receive it. They informed me that it was left at my door. However it was left on top of my garbage pails. Send me a picture with it on top of the garbage pail when they inform me, it was left at my door Make matters worse. It was under a different name, not my name. How am I supposed to know I almost gave the package back to the carrier. I won’t deal with this company again.
