    This was my first purchase from eBay and I couldn’t be happier! The Shark Pet Perfect vacuum is exactly as described. I have been looking quite a while for this particular one. The seller did an impeccable job packing the vacuum so it would not get damaged in shipping. No fault of the seller but the package was delayed by the USPS by two days.     At purchase time, shipping was estimated to be 3 days from this seller. Actual shipping time was 16 days to my door. If you need this item for a time sensitive construction job, do not order here. The tape arrived was as advertised, but way too late.

    We are sorry this order took so long! We shipped it the next day after being placed (like almost all our orders). Before it arrived the buyer accused us (and eBay) of fraud, and blamed us for the wait. - We consistently exceed estimated shipping (see other feedback). In fact, this buyer was offered a refund or reship, but no response other than complaint here. Just to clarify (for this buyer) UNFORTUNATELY, ONCE A CARRIER HAS THE ORDER, THE DELIVERY TIME IS IN THEIR HANDS...
