    When my package was very delayed, the seller was very proactive in contacting USPS to make sure I received it. He offered me a refund immediately but we mutually agreed to allow the Post Office to try and track it. When we reached the 4 week post shipping date, he cheerfully issued me a refund and told me that if it did eventually arrive to keep it with his compliments. A first class seller who is totally customer focused, I am very appreciative and grateful!
