  I've purchased from Lorex before and they make an amazing product. When I received my package which had damage to my terrarium due to some bad delivery drivers, I was immediately shipped out a new terrarium, which did come in perfect condition. Communication was very quick with them. If I ever need another terrarium again I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Lorex based off of not just their product but their excellent service.
