  They didn't have in stock so offers me i nother product and said it was a queen and it doesn't even fit on my queen bed it's more like a king single i asked for a refund and they told me now.

  How does this seller get to list an item and then cancel it 4 days later saying item "Out of stock or damaged". That reads to me as he never had the item to begin with. I got a refund which I am grateful for but I really wanted the Item. But if you falsely advertise items in Ebay you should not be doing business at all.
