    Package was damaged when it arrived and a rod (crucial to the items assembly) was missing. Seller was good to respond to my initial communications and gave me an address to send pictures to ( I was technically unable to download them on the eBay format) but then I didn’t get any response. It’s been over a month since I sent the pictures and weeks since I sent a follow up reminder. I am disappointed.
