About us

Simon and Marina are avid collectors with a very small house. We buy a lot, but we also must sell a lot. That's life. Never thought of making it into a business, but here we are :-) At the moment we are selling a substantial collection of books: americana, native american history and culture, rare books, first editions.

We live in Cary, NC

If you are looking for something particular: chances are we might have it. Afterall we have about 4,000 volumes. Ask. We only give deceitful answers occasionally, and only when we don't want to part with the book.

If you were wondering about the name: Lola is our black cat who is an important part of our business. Lola is working relentlessly to keep our collection mice and creatures free, sleeping tirelessly on the keyboard, and teasing our dog. If you find mistakes in our descriptions, that was the cat.
