    I received the printer. I plugged it in and tried to print. Got a 59.C0 error code saying to turn off and on. I tried that and got a jam in output paper bin. Got the 59.C0 error. HP website says 59.C0 means the developer-disengagement motor experienced a rotational error. I contacted the seller, but didn't get a response right away. Description said no returns. Eventually Seller said I could return it for refund, but I had already gotten rid of it. Very disappointed.

    Unfortunately I didn’t receive the correct item which I’m bummed about but the seller did right by it and refunded me in a very timely manner despite being on vacation. Pleased with how the outcome was despite the situation.
