    Load-Sum Took out RGB fans and black case fan and listed as new in box. Has not responded to any messages or offered any compensation. The sticker on the box even says includes 3 RGB fans and 1 black case fan as I knew was suppose to come with case since I already own one. These missing fans are half the value of the case.

    You purchased a new case in original packaging. item was not listed with any additional components neither was advertised with one. pictures and listing are clear. if you dont see it, clearly and obviously its not included. you purchased a case and thats what was sent to you. we cannot included or sell something we dont have and dont know about. your assumptions of items included in a package does not mean they are included. a new case was advertised and sold, nothing else.
