    The item showed up broken but the seller was very nice and did give my money back. I think the problem with the shipping was that the ceramic plate should have been bubble wrapped itself. The seller did have it packed well but the plate part was wrapped in a cloth which during shipping theses days it would have been better for the plate to be wrapped in bubble wrap then have shipping peanuts in the rest of the box which would take any issue with the box being dropped or thrown during shipping.

    The camera I ordered was well packed and in great condition. There was no damage aesthetically, and all functions were as expected. The package also came quite quickly.     Prompt shipping. Packaged well. There are some stains on the backpack top. Overall, it is quite a well-used backpack. Plus one of the zipper is stuck. The seller is very professional and gracious. Issued a partial refund which was unexpected, because I decided to keep it for storage of my vintage camera. Will buy from Lizzie again if there is other needs.
