As for shipping, the seller advertised USPS 2-3 Priority Mail, but the item was shipped USPS Ground Advantage and took an extra few days to arrive (ultimately, I paid for 2-3 priority but got ground). I emailed the seller in this regard, and they apologized.

    seller tried and refunded my money promptly. they couldn't reach fedex either. seller did good job but fedex was ridiculous!! Item was sent to INdianapolis IN on JUne 26 and never updated since with no way to reach them. very disappointed with their service
