    1st time order 4x5=20 pcs total. 2 small baggies crushed between heat pack in USPS box. recd all decomposed, Took photos, cell phone low memory would not send. Later contacted wrong seller w/same ad ICHER_38(33) to submit DOA claim, realized mistake, I then sent claim pics to vendor MACRO_ALGE, CLAIM DENIED! I explained cell problem 4 late claim DENIED with several demeaning nasty responses!.Aptasisa shrinks when not in lighted aerated water so condition was unknown until bags were opened.

    the buyer messaged us saying that we were suppose to send them 30-40 of these plants when the listing clearly says 5 per order. Then they said the plants died which we have sold many and have never had this issue and the policy is if its dead the send us pictures in the original packaging double sealed bags that we use because we use specific packaging to confirm that is our own product but said they opened the bags which makes no logical sense because if its DOA why open the sealed bags.

    Literally just a recent cut from a larger coral was colorless and starting to melt at arrival reported to seller basically came up with an excuse as to why it's not dead find a better place e to buy your basically just wasting money here
