  Ordered two scales. One functioned properly but the second scale was defective and could not be calibrated. Seller agreed to provide replacement upon receipt of defective item. Scale was returned via USPS on 20 July 2023. Seller acknowledged receipt of defective scale and reaffirmed commitment to provide replacement, but has not followed through and is now non-responsive. I am totally dissatisfied with this transaction and am formally requesting ebay's assistance in obtaining a refund.
