  I haven't had to do this in all the years I've been with eBay. I placed my order, never received my item. Contacted seller to get a refund & they said they would send me another item instead if I would close my complaint request. Against better judgement I closed it. Never received my item. Tried contacting them again, didn't hear anything from them until I contacted eBay & asked them to step in. They offered me a full refund but didn't get that either so eBay refunded me.

  Described as new, arrived looking used and came damaged. Reached out to seller and am told it's a shippers issue which is more disappointing because it's such an inexpensive item and could easily be taken care of. Really unprofessional. This is what I dislike about eBay.
