We get brand new overstock and shelf pull items so that the quality and reliability of our products is never a question! Unlike other Liquidation stores in the Tampa Bay area, we also provide returns/refunds within a 7 day period. We stand behind all of our products and the quality of service that we bring to the table.     The pump has only been installed for 2 weeks but is working correctly so far. Seller was not good on communication and very slow on shipping the item. Happy with the pump, not so much with the seller. The pump was not packaged correctly and the box was damaged when I received it. Luckily the pump was not damaged.

    Since I never received this I can't evaluate the item but for such a minimal product I'm happy with the effort the seller made to try to get me one. Two fails on delivery but the seller tried and I can't ask for more. As far as I can tell, neither delivery failure was the seller's fault.
