    The device arrived promptly, VERY well packaged and as described. We found it a very good value. Sadly, even though the unit had been tested by the seller (proven to power on), it did not fully boot. The seller could not have been more accommodating and the refund was very prompt.     The listing was accurate and everything appeared & worked as intended. The shipping was *maybe* a little pricey, but it was packaged very effectively. The device did not come with a power cord or remote (which is fine; it wasn't in the listing,) but it would have been nice for the seller to consider adding these since they are inexpensive. My only real complaint is that their barcode sticker was very sticky and required goo-gone to remove from the device.
