    The dispenser received was non operational, defective. I left negative feedback, describing the issue needed to be addressed and the merchant contacted me immediately with a total refund offer and apologies. The merchant follows through on transactions extremely well and treats his customers with respect in a professional manner. While I can not recommend this product, I can recommend this merchant, knowing you will receive fair treatment and follow up on products sold.

    Seller did not indicate that the item I purchased, INCLY Bat House, was from Amazon. It arrived packaged in an Amazon box with receipt and gift receipt that said From fba#11. I am opposed to purchasing from Amazon. That is why I purchase from Ebay. And yet 4 of the 5 items I last purchased from Ebay were from Amazon. Something needs to be done about this before I stop ordering from Ebay as well.

    Bought off Ebay shipped by Amazon Item arrived broken and was not wraped well. Shipped in a thin plastic bag with no protection at all. Couldn't contact seller. Worst Ebay deal ever. Seller should not be on Ebay
