  Package had rusted/scratched parts, with no screws or instructions. Seller initially refused my request for both replacement screws and a partial refund for what looked like used/poorly stored parts. Seller finally shipped the screws, emailed instructions, and gave a partial refund, but the delay cost me loss of advertising time, since the frame could not be assembled immediately. I bought this because they had the best price, but low price is never an excuse for poor quality. Steer clear!

  Horrible. Came with scratched parts, and the instructions are fully Chinese, so you can't understand anything. The item description is wrong because it can only fit 2 pairs of shoes in the racks. Bigger shoes have no change in fitting. It topples over because it is super lightweight and when you pull the handles, it just falls over. The packaging was damaged when it arrived. The cheap value is clearly shown in the low quality. The shipping was fine however. Would not recommend.
