  Items shipped in a plastic bag from China! Package arrived torn open with bolts/screws missing and scratches all over the brake calipers and brake handles from poor packaging! Contacted the seller, via ebay, and was sent what looked like IRS tax form just to report my issue!!! Shipping/packaging needs major improvement.
