    Communication stopped completely when I asked about a shipping issue. My package was lost for weeks and took nearly a month to arrive. I had just asked if they could also contact USPS, as I was trying to get any info. Oddly, they had been super responsive before that. When it finally arrived, the box was falling apart—20 glass bottles with zero protective packing. No clue how they survived. Disappointing overall—I won’t be buying from them again, here or elsewhere.
