    The crayfish arrived in a minimum amount of time. They arrived healthy & moving around in the bags they were shipped in. They were insulated very good & packed really well. They even had cold pack with them. I had concerns with the care of my crayfish. The seller & I communicated back and forth for days. He always responded to any questions that I had & explained everything I wanted to know. He even offered suggestions. I would definitely highly recommend this seller. He's on top of everything.

    A+ Would buy from again. Amazing Seller, great comms and super friendly. Fish were well packed, minimally stressed and are acclimating well. Shipping speed was great. The fish look A+ already. Had a few DOA, but I followed the Seller’s unpacking protocol and reached out immediately.     Ottos arrived fast and well packaged 📦 however sadly had 2 DOA but the seller was super fast on replying too me when notified of the DOA and issued a refund for the 2 lost fish immediately. Overall, although it's sad that 2 where DOA it's no fault of the sellers and these things happen in our hobby even with that said they still honored their DOA policy and were super helpful and respectful
