  Large horse was shipped in polyvinyl envelope only which was very damaged during shipping Although layer of bubble wrap was used it didn't protect horse Scratches occurred on ears nose hooves therefore not as described Seller was argumentative told me to open Return Case yet would not provide return shipping label nor pay for proper size large box within which to ship because original packing materials ruined Very disappointed in sellers who scrimp on proper packaging to ensure safe delivery!!!

  Wait a moment... Are you serious.. 1. the pictures you sent of the damage were not even clear of the damage you were complaing about. 2. We immediately gave you a refund 3. AND what makes your complaint Karen like.. is that we let you KEEP THE HORSE!!! 4. We even sold it for less than listed for??? So we gave you a financial deal.. Refunded you fully.. LET YOU KEEP THE HORSE ... and then you come on here and put a negative review???? "Stay CLassy San Diego"
