  Clear and careful communication, relatively straightforward process, rapid delivery & good packaging. I'm not completely thrilled with the end result visually- punctuation (a question mark) is about 2/3 line height of the rest of the lettering and the paint on text is not as neat as the embossing, but the plate is overall as advertised.

  Product came damaged, which was notbthe fault of the sender but could have been shipped in a stronger box. The license lettering was wrong. I asked for gloss black in the message and got white lettering. They did not communicate after being told of the damage and wrong lettering but gave a refund.

  The review is fair, we made a mistake. The employee managing the shop at the time handled the case poorly and issued a refund without offering a replacement plate, that’s true. What’s not true is the claim about poor packaging. The customer clearly shows in the photo that the parcel has a large crease, which means something heavy must have fallen on it. Our packaging is high quality, and such damage only occurs due to mishandling during shipping.

  These are exactly what I was looking for! Actual metal plates, awesome ability to customize with actual raised text. Ran into an issue with the shipment getting delayed with DHL (seller had a great turnaround - the issue was not with the seller) and the seller helped with that. Highly recommend.
