ALthough listing guarantees 30-day money back return, other language and response of seller to return request was unclear about their return policy. Also, repackaging a vacuum-sealed mattress for return shipping is nearly impossible, and seller was delayed in responding and had no real help for how to do this. Way too unnecessarily complicated and frustrating process.
