  Although it took some long time to arrive, the item was as exactly described, brand new amp with all accessories. Packaging was carefully packed with the correct instructions. The seller can take some time to respond but very helpful in terms of instructing the import duties and tax, plus the voltage concern due to the fact that it's a Japanese equipment (110v).   I had only chance so far check phono out in this amplifier and it’s working. Unit looks almost like new , great for 50 years old.
