    Was not working when arrived - buttons did not work so was unable to change volume or settings. Seller was responsive with Google suggestions, but ultimately I’m out the purchase price. 🤷‍♂️

    Sorry it still isn't working. I'm happy to continue working with you to try alternate troubleshooting. This was working the day I shipped it. I made sure to retest first. I'm not sure what could be happening with it, but I'm happy to continue helping work on a resolution.
