    Puzzle must be solved to get into the hidden drawer inside. Item was shipped unsolved/closed&well packaged. Arrived with a broken piece inside the drawer. Pics were provided. NOT broken in shipping! She claimed she did not open the box herself. But later in a message said she had someone open it for her.She then accused me of breaking it. She offered a refund if I return it. Have NOT yet received a return label. I am not paying to ship back. Right price as a collectible. Broken, it is worthless!

    I ordered a 5x7 frame as described and received a 4x6 frame. Very disappointed as I needed that specific frame in 5x7. Additionally, the item was damaged. The frame had no clips on the back to hold the picture in and stand it up - so it just falls over. I will say the seller's communications were excellent and the i was refunded immediately but it's a waste of time I just really don't have.
