First order, they sent wrong item and I had to go through the whole return process to exchange and get the correct item it took s long time to finally get the correct item and then once received, it was not properly protected when shipped and the bag got a hole and there was product everywhere in shipping envelope. I have tried to contact seller twice about this but so far no response. I do not recommend this seller or this tea. It is not a high quality tea. It smells old and tastes stale.
