  I purchased an item in America with the same part number that I was replacing. The new part was wired differently. When I asked to return it, I was told to return it to China and provide a PayPal account number to get the shipping reimbursed. I don't have a PayPal account and being the customer I should not have to be burdened with the details of returning it to a foreign country. Other places simply provide a prepaid shipping label and have me drop it off at a shipping location.
