  I purchased a phone case that was defective. I contacted the seller about a return and sent the requested/required photos of the defective item. The seller immediately declined my return and refund with absolutely no explanation. I've attempted to contact 2 additional times and they refuse to reply. BUYER BEWARE!   Very fast shipping. I ordered a tin dart sign. The edge was bent in shipping because it was poorly packaged for shipment. I did contact the seller, they ask for a picture. I sent two. Never heard back. I do not like leaving negative feedback. As this isn’t just the sellers fault. However, I do feel they should recognize their error in packaging moving forward so this does not happen to someone else. At the very least package accordingly so that the seller can see that the seller made an effort.
