  Great seller, the screen I received was shipped fast and in new condition as described. The seller is very helpful in returning or replacing a defective screen. Made the process very easy and stands behind their merchandise, I will buy from them again with no hesitation. I sent a request for help to the wrong address which is what prompted the negative feedback, That was completely my error as seller was very responsive once they were aware of the manufacturers defect. I sent a question message to the seller about my problem, but I did not include the item order number. I left the wrong feedback for this seller, they are a reputable seller, and are easy to return defective items, and are responsive once I used the correct inquiry method. My apologies to the seller. I will buy from this seller in the future with no hesitation.

  I ordered this item and it arrived with the ribbon severed. The seller was responsive and offered for me to cancel the return and they would replace it directly. I was nervous to transact outside of eBay so I opted to complete the return but ordered the same item again from the same seller. The second one arrived in perfect condition and works great.
