  Awesome customer service! Seller shipped promptly but the screen arrived shattered - there was a noticeable dent in the foam packaging. I sent photos of the screen and seller said they would ship a replacement. Quick reply with no hassle or gauntlet of questions. Second screen arrived with a bit more protection which shows they adapted quickly. Screen worked and now I have a functional Chromebook again. Yay!
