Kit had 16 v capacitors and my monitor calls for 25 v. Description on ebay does not provide individual voltage of capacitors. 4) I had to pay $3.50 to return even though item was not what I ordered. Would not purchase from this seller again.

Arrived today 2/7 after Ebay refunded the money. Never wanted a refund but got item and refund so with no way to repay seller I guess all works out.
