Should you have an issue or problem with your order, we ask for the opportunity to make amends or resolve the issue before feedback is left. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!

Finally, a word about shipping: We do not add a handling fee or inflate the shipping charge when the book is posted. The cost of shipping materials is not part of your purchase, but a part of the service we provide when we sell you a book.
