    Everything was fine, except that the item arrived with quite a pungent odor. Fortunately, I was able to wash it out.

    Thank you for your order, Melanie. Items are cleaned and then stored in plastic poly bags for cleanliness, then in plastic bins for protection. I have used this method for years and never noticed a smell, and I have a very sensitive sense of smell, so I'm not sure what it could be other than a plastic smell which is normal for clothing ordered from retailers to smell like? I'm wondering if it happened in transit and apologize, however have not received any remarks like this in my yrs in business
