  A note to any buyers out there that have purchased moulds and that are still waiting on them. I would suggest getting in contact with the seller for updates, and please check your moulds out for the quality they are not the usual standard from this seller at the moment. After all it's your hard earned money that's being wasted and has lots of orders waiting. Please see our other feedback and another buyers negative feedback we can not all be wrong. Seller does not like being told the truth,

  It's been two months since I paid for this item and although I reported that it had exceeded the arrival time, I still haven't received a response when my money will be returned... A scammer. Two months after paying for the item, I receive from China, any latex and fibreglass. From England the same thing is not possible... Be careful and don't pay in advance...

  had to apply for a refund excuse after excuse then said after 6 weeks he couldn’t afford to send them out but see no evidence they were ever made then said he couldn’t afford to refund me because he’d had a bad run and loads of returns terrible service id avoid had to get eBay involved and be refunded I don’t understand how he’s still allowed to trade after so many failed transactions

  This seller has a poor trading standard. I returned his FAULTY goods to him, he then issues me with a 50% partial refund. I’ve had to contact eBay and they have given me the other 50% refund . This seller thinks he can do as he wishes and doesn’t have to conform to consumer law . If the seller attempts to have this feedback removed… I will challenge his request with eBay !! .

  Seller claimed to have the item in stock, but two months later, still nothing. I requested a refund—no response. Filed a PayPal claim—he’s dragging it out to the last second. Completely unprofessional. No replies, no solutions, just silence. Judging by other similar reviews, this seems to be standard practice for him. Shameful.
