  All arrived alive and even came with some substrate and a larger cup for them to settle before I get a proper enclosure made. Packaging was well thought out and heat pack was set in a way that keeps the pods alive but not cooked. Being a dwarf species it was nice they were packed rolled in some paper towel so they were easy to count and verify. Communication and customer service was quick and responsive to clarify questions and concerns. Will buy more of these little ones soon!

  The seller was great with communication and making sure the weather wouldn’t negatively impact the isopods. Very knowledgeable and helpful! The pods were shipped in good quality substrate and packaging. They arrived in healthy condition (only one casualty). They appear young (juvenile and adult) and active with dark coloring.
