I factored the cost of shipping into the price and it arrived safely so I am happy. As this customer stated, all cards are shipped in a PWE as stated in description unless otherwise noted. We offer a low cost S&H International option for consumers. If you want the upgrade it comes at a cost. From Canada to the USA that cost jumps significantly. We appreciate your business!
