  The item arrived loose in the box and a bumper broke off one of the cars. I sent an email to the seller with pictures and the seller never responded.

  I bought a 1/18 diecast model car from this seller - his description stated " car in nearly new condition " repeatedly. This is misleading since the model has paint on wheel, missing antenna and most of all a broken wheel. Nearly new condition item shouldn't have those characteristics. I asked for a $40 partial refund, I will keep the car and live with the faults. I think thats fair but the seller did not respond so had to open eBay case to get money back. I wouldn't buy from this seller again.
