The original box was packed inside another box so no one would know the contents - well packaged, shipped ups and delivered next day - which was truly unexpected as it arrived in time for the holiday.     USPS was rough with this package but the items inside survived ok. Talked to the seller/owner and his associate and find them to be nice Guys. Items were packed well but shipper was a bit abusive and looked like they tried to tape the box back together. All is good just the same. Will buy from this seller again. Great Seller ! Thank you !

    I was sent a laptop with the wrong CPU as to what was described in the listing. The seller communicated back promptly and offered a refund, but I decided to keep the laptop as this CPU has just slightly less performance. Despite the aforementioned issues, mistakes happen and this was still a GREAT deal. I would buy from them again.

    What can I say? This is the best seller I have come across on ebay in the past decade. The customer service is excellent. It is pretty much on par with any major retailer.
