Reached out to seller and they agreed to refund the difference in value as per my suggestion. Great communication from the seller, would happily buy again. Seller didn't ship item for three days until after I messaged. From order to delivery took 9 days. Worse still, the received computer was missing a hard drive listed in the description. Seller did not respond to my message for four days now. Seller does not allow returns, and must know that ebay does not have a process to deal with received items that are not as described.
