  Came exactly as advertised and in a hard plastic case with bubble wrap for protection. After receiving it, I realized I didn't need to buy it afterall. The only problem was the slow down with the USPS. The seller bears zero responsibility for that issue.

  Item arrived Significantly not as described ( rear camera rattles, and does not focus, Effectively Broken). Attempted to Open Return, Seller wants to issue Partial refund where in I keep the non-functional device. I have denied that option and want a full return, which the seller will not initiate through standard Ebay channels, and wishes to only do via Message. Seller Requires photos of the device to return despite already providing them. Over all very disappointed in this process.

  I paid for the phone and received tracking number. Seller then says he can't find inventory and wants to refund. Funny thing is he still has the item listed but for $200 more! I'm glad to get my money back but I don't trust this seller.

  The shipping/tracking information was not exact to when I received the item. I actually received the item way sooner than expected. The phone was as described, and even better than I expected. There were no issues hooking the Verizon phone up to my Spectrum plan at all. I have had the phone around 2 weeks and it works amazingly!!!! A+++++ seller for sure.
