    This is a great seller. This listing had the best value out of all the listings. Seller has great communication, as well. The snails were promptly shipped, but unfortunately, THE POST OFFICE MISPLACED THE PACKAGE and it took an entire week for the snails to arrive. None of them made it. Seller immediately refunded my purchase. It's a shame too because they sent some really nice sized blue ones in this order.

    Only one snail survived. Shipping took a very long time, but it’s because they had some weather delays. The seller did eventually communicate that proactively. I’m totally understanding of that and I’m glad they waited. But once they shipped the snails — every one of them arrived in a small container with wet paper towels, and it was stinking, they were dead except for one. I’m not going to ask for a refund. I just would prefer never to communicate with or do business with the seller again.
