  I’ve been using eBay for 15 years and this is the first time I leave negative feedback. The item was defected, and I asked for new parts. However the seller took so long to respond every time and didn’t answer my questions properly. The seller agreed to send me a return label but I found out that was invalid. I ended up asking eBay to deal with refund as the seller told me to use the invalid label and drop the item at the carrier which is 2 hrs away.
