    Delivered on time and packaged well. Product problem, not provider problem. Electrical contacts on product do not make contact with poles to provide electricity to the lights. Instructions suggest loosening screws to make better contact. This is not a safe or practical option for screw down contacts (it may be for push through contacts). Product engineering is faulty.
