  I had a couple of issues when my vending claw machine arrived, but the seller was incredibly helpful and eager to resolve everything. Their customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The machine itself is absolutely gorgeous, with only a couple of scratches on the sides. Shipping was perfect — it arrived quickly and securely. After the amazing support I received, I’m 1000% satisfied.   The top plastic came a bit damaged from shipping (aesthetics only) but the seller was kind, very quick to respond, and shipped a replacement. Everything else was fully functional out of the box and as described. The machine is very fun to use.

  The engine arrived damaged due to poor packaging. The air filter element and extra air filter element were both crushed beyond repair and the air filter housing was distorted but repairable. It also had slight damage to the muffler and fuel tank. The pictured spare engine gaskets and a spare fuel filter were missing from the shipping container. I contacted the seller and reported the problems and after exchanging a few more messages, the damaged and missing parts were shipped UPS from China.
