This seller, I paid for a new impact wrench with battery, he sent me impact wrench with a non-working battery, the battery looks like a used one, he offered me to send back, but unfortunately I am in another country and returning it at my own expense is very expensive, the seller did not offer any other options, be prepared to pay for a new product and receive a used or non-working one!!! Do not contact an irresponsible seller!!!! you will lose your time and money!!!

  We offered a full refund for the returned item or a partial refund for the battery return. The cost of shipping would have been included in the refund once we received it. We utilized the global shipping program with Ebay, It is beyond our capabilities to provide an international return label through ebay. We offered a solution, you chose not to do it.
