  I have not tried the automatic stirring pot yet, however, I am extremely impressed with the commercial quality of it. It came packed in a wooden box with steel edges. It took me almost an hour to get into it and it was well cushioned in the box. There were no dings or scratches though the box got banged up a bit. Hats off to the manufacturer and the vendor for a job well done.

  Seller was very responsive during the shipment and delivery. I honestly thought that Fedex had lost the item because of past experiences with other packages. To my surprise, they found it and delivered it almost two weeks later. Seller maintained me up to date.
