  Seller accptd offer of $5/each for all 39 pieces. I asked that shipping be held until I figured out the address I wanted it to be shipped to. Reply: no problem. 2 weeks later I asked about having local pick up. Four days later I received a msg that they only found 20 pieces. Told him I'd like the 20 shipped and a refund for balance. No reply. I sent message the day after- no reply. Again, 2 days later- no reply. I asked eBay to talk to them and they refunded. My guess? They got a better offer.
