This seller created problems by putting restrictions on the delivery of package other sellers have not, and was very uncooperative until backed against the wall in working to resolve them. He came up with lame, false excuses ( "my english is not so good...""it's the ebay/FedEx/PayPal regulations). In the end I got the item, but also several sessions of grief and aggravation trying to work this out. Save yourselves a headache and don't do business with him
